Assistant Manager (COO’s Office)
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Assistant Manager to support the COO in day-to-day operations. The role includes drafting emails, coordinating with supervisors, managing reports, handling client documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the COO with emails, follow-ups, schedules, and presentations
• Coordinate with supervisors for updates and task tracking
• Handle client documentation, paperwork, and record management
• Draft professional corporate emails
• Prepare reports on Excel and presentations on PowerPoint
• Maintain operational harmony across teams
• Take initiative and show willingness to learn
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
• Strong MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
